However, you may not have been aware that just 27 miles north on Highway 95 is another world-renowned theme park offering, Silverwood Theme Park in Athol, ID. Silverwood theme park is a go-to for thrill-seekers and family fun alike, from adrenaline-inducing roller coasters to lazy rivers and more.
Triple Play vs. Silverwood: Theme Parks Compared
While Silverwood and Triple Play offer guests top-notch excitement and amenities, you can pick over the other depending on your time, budget, and preferences. Let’s explore the differences in each and hopefully help you decide.
As of 2021, a single adult ticket at Triple Play will run a bit cheaper than neighboring Silverwood Theme Park, giving you access to all rides in the park from opening until closing. Triple Play has also been known to offer reduced-price tickets like an evening pass. Triple Play offers a hotel onsite that hosts 95 comfortable rooms and suites, complimentary deluxe breakfast each morning, and free high-speed wired and wireless internet access.
While Silverwood does have on-site lodging, it comes in the form of an RV Park. The Silverwood RV Park offers guest campsites ranging from 123 full hook-up sites to 41 tent-only sites. It’s important to know that the Silverwood RV park is limited seasonally from May 2nd through October 30th.
